Support Policy Overview
We have established a support
policy to ensure that we are able to effectively support our products
and services into the future.
Software Support
We will provide technical support and product fixes for
the current version (currently Version 2008) of Turbo Tourney and Turbo Tourney
Pro. For prior versions, we will still support you by answering
any questions you have, however, we will probably not be releasing
fix updates or enhancements to prior versions.
Web Services Support
Certain integrated web services take advantage of and use resources
of the TurboTourney.com web site which is a shared resource for
thousands of pool managers across the country. These services are
included in the price of the software for one "season"
so that we can continually improve these features into the
future. If you want to continue using these services year after
year you will need to always use the latest version of Turbo Tourney.
Applicable services include:
- Pairings/Results Templates
- Deploy via Web (Simple)
- Deploy via Web (Basic)
For Turbo Tourney 2008 the season is defined as the
2008 college basketball tournament.
For Turbo Tourney Pro 2008 the season is defined as
starting with the 2008 ESPN Bracket Buster through
the 2008-2009 NFL Playoffs.
Simple/Basic Web Deploy Service Support
You may process up to 1000 entries per tournament using the Simple/Basic
Web Deployment. This is to ensure there is sufficient bandwidth
available for all pool managers and players equally.
If you need the ability to process more than 1000 entries for a
given tournament then you should consider using the Advanced method
of web deployment which runs on your own server. If you are unable
to use your own server then contact us to discuss alternative options.
